Jill Heller

PureThread Founder Jill Heller is a passionate tastemaker and trendsetter with expertise in the designer and contemporary fashion market. She always anticipates the waves of the future, both in fashion and in its greater context. PureThread is based on her intentions to define contemporary beauty in deeper terms than the surface charm of a beautiful garment.

With small companies improving eco design and larger design firms starting to implement sustainable initiatives, her goal is to place more and more sustainable fashion – and the stories behind it - into the hearts and closets of her clients. Because Jill represents both the traditional side of fashion and beauty and the renewed ethics around protecting our world, her selections reflect a rare, discerning edit of the marketplace.

Jill launched a high-end boutique – On the One - in Westchester County,NY in 2003. Presenting her vision of clean sophistication by showcasing contemporary designer brands and merchandising the finest in casual luxury fashion, she selected special items from a diverse array of designers based on her taste level and intuition. The lifestyle shopping atmosphere fostered a unique connection with the customers as they discovered their own personal expressions of style.

Jill's true talent was always styling women, leaning on her natural understanding of trends, knowledge of designers, and innate ability to pull great looks together for individual women.

Wendi Winshall

Wendy

Stylist Wendi Winshall brings a life-long love of fashion and an impeccable eye to PureThread.

Taking inspiration from color tones in nature, she uses a keen visual sense of how to balance beautiful color hues, fabric texture and design to create great looks.  Her special selections for customized wardrobes capture contemporary ethical style, simplicity, classic beauty, and comfort. Wendi brings fifteen years as a marketing director in the magazine publishing industry building one-on-one client relationships and creating unique media plans that captured specific needs and goals. At PureThread she applies the same work ethic and commitments to guiding individual journeys toward adopting sustainable fashion by updating wardrobe classics with sustainable style. Sharing in PureThread’s values and mission to inspire clients to embrace the concept of sustainability in fashion, Wendi is very excited to view fashion with a fresh, ethical lens.  “How wonderful to be able to combine our love of beautiful clothing with our love of our beautiful world!”

Tracey Ravdin Perlmutter

Tracey

An artist, Tracey is always learning, exploring, and discovering. After fifteen years as Creative Director of a small, fashion-focused NY agency, she is passionately pursuing her varied interests in art and fashion.  Her enduring love of the visual manifestations of cultural expression dovetails beautifully with the elements of sustainable fashion.  Honoring the female form in her drawings, Tracey views each woman as a unique canvas for creative expression.  As a stylist, she applies this sensibility, helping clients celebrate their individual style to feel confident and beautiful, with selections that bridge the gap between the eco designer and the bodies that wear them.
